Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Reo Jewels purchase comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
