At Reo Jewels, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry back into its original Reo Jewels gift box and protective mailer to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
